This is hands down one of our favorite blends. It is formulated to support both body and spirit with a boost of antioxidants, polyphenols and epigallocatechins (EGCGs) from the green tea and lemongrass and the spirit lifting and mood boosting benefits of lemon balm - traditionally known as the ‘gladening herb’.
